This Privacy Policy illustrates what personal information you may share with us, Protieto Oy, Tampere, Finland (“we” or “our”) when installing and using this application (“Application”). It also describes how we receive, collect, process and use such information. We will diligently respect your fundamental legal rights to data protection and privacy.

Collection of Information

The application stores forms filled by the user for three months. Sent forms are stored on the server for data reporting purposes.

The application does not store contents or recipients of messages after sending is finished, but on some Android versions sent and/or failed messages may appear in the device's main messaging application (Messages).

Anonymous usage data is collected for analytics purposes.

The application uses location to show your position on a map if this feature is configured for the user. Otherwise the application uses location only with certain types of forms that have been configured to use it. Location data is only stored and sent to our server when these types of forms are used.

Permissions requested by the application

• EXTERNAL STORAGE: User filled forms and form templates and data lists are stored on the external storage
• INTERNET: Used for sending and receiving forms, templates and data lists to/from our server
• LOCATION: Used to fill the devices location to location based forms
• NFC: Used to read rfid tags to automatically fill information to forms
• SEND SMS: Required to send text messages
• READ PHONE STATE: Also needed for text message sending on some devices
• GET/MANAGE ACCOUNTS: Used to authenticate user with certain authentication systems
• USE CREDENTIALS: Also used to authenticate user

Change of Privacy Policy

We are allowed to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and we advise you to review the Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of major changes in the content of this Privacy Policy, you will be informed about the changes and asked to agree hereto.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law. In the event that any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy should become ineffective, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the effectiveness, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. In the event of the ineffectiveness, invalidity or unenforceability of any of these provisions you agree that we may substitute such by an effective, valid and enforceable provision which is, in its legal result, as close as possible to the ineffective, invalid or unenforceable provision.
